How your answers are protected
Encrypted in transit
Every connection to this site is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS, the same standard used by online banking. Your answers are encrypted the moment they leave your device, all the way to our servers.
Encrypted at rest
Your assessment answers, account details, and results are encrypted while they're stored, not just while they're traveling between your device and our servers — so the information itself is protected, not only the connection.
Who can access your data
You can see your own data any time you're logged in. The site's administrator can also access user accounts and assessment data — this is how support requests get resolved and the service gets run. Your assessment answers are also sent to Anthropic (the maker of Claude, the AI model used here) in order to generate your personalized results — that's a required part of how the recommendations are produced.
What we keep, and for how long
Your answers — bloodwork numbers, medications, supplements, and everything else — are saved so you can come back and edit them anytime, and we keep a record of your past answers so nothing gets lost if you change something. When you generate your results, a summary of your current answers is sent to Anthropic to produce the recommendation; that summary itself isn't kept anywhere once your results are created — only the finished recommendation is saved, alongside your original answers.
What we don't do
We don't use your health information for advertising, and we don't sell it.
