How to use: Remove the patch from the backing and press directly onto an area of skin where there is little to no hair (inside of wrist, hip, shoulder, ankle). Where do I put the patch?
On clean, dry, hairless skin such as the inside of the wrist, shoulder, or hip. Lotion or oil on the skin will stop it sticking and working.
How long does one patch last?
Up to eight hours. Apply it in the morning and remove it by mid-afternoon so it does not affect sleep.
Is it better than coffee?

Can I shower with it on?
